ULTIMATE SERENITY!!

It was my long time desire to visit the SHIRDI baba temple located on the east cost road and ultimately i accomplished my wish yesterday.Oh my goodness!!The experience was far beyond explanations and mere words. It s a place where in one kind find ultimate solace. The temple architecture is a replica of the Shirdi Temple. It's located on the coasts and surrounded with greenery all around. The neem trees, coconut palms, different species of botanical beauty all adds beauty to the divine place. The temple is really too big and spread across a vast area.

The first place of worship in the temple is the deity of Lord dattatreya.Shirdi Baba is said to be the avatar of Dattatreya. Then we have other deities of worship which include the traditional deities. The main temple complex is where Baba is seated. When you get inside the sanctum the chants are so welcoming. We can meditate for hours inside ,ultimate silence and very divine atmosphere. We can really shed down all the burden on us and keep ourselves very relaxed. Then we proceed further inside ,we have the "chavadi" and "dwarakamayi".Chavadi is the place where baba used to be carried in palki and this is place where he used to reside and give darshan to his devotees.Dwarakamyi is the place where the holy fire is lit and is kept burning all round the clock. The ashes from this holy fire is considered to be very divine
"Udhi" considered to be a cure for all diseases as believed by devotees.

Then we have the wish tree where one can tie the yellow thread around the tree and wish for something.I too did that. There is a separate temple for gayathri devi. Then a julelal temple -the god of ocean. There was one separate small temple built in for "vaideeka sai".This place is believed to help people recover from various ailments. This place has a very special path way built in which has pebbles all over .It is believed to be a good source of acupuncture.I would really suggest all of you to visit the temple once.Really a place of must Visit!!!!!
