Yes while its great to earn money using PPP or blogvertise ,somewhere down the line question of morals come in .Most bloggers using PPP/blogvertise dont explicitly mention that its a post meant for advertisement thereby fooling the readers to think ,its a service you have used and you trust .
that is not healthy isnt it ?
I think the best way to earn money always has been through ads and since money with ads==K*content_quality ,K>1 .it naturally leads to better content if the author wants more money !
