NICK NAMES-Part 1.

Hey folks as most of you would have viewed the blog of Mahesh and Vijay you would be familiarised with the nick names tradition.They have done a wonderful 50-50 partnership work on the post on Nick Names for one section of our batchmates.The other section of our batchmates with their nick names would be this highlighted post of mine.Nick names is what we give our people by either getting out an abbreviation of their name or getting some funny name out of their looks or something which they are much habituated to and so on and so forth.I didnt get to know few of the nick names,so will not be rambling about them.Here goes the nick names of my class mates....Sorry guys and gals if there is anything offending.please bear with me..
1.AArthy a.k.a 'Kannathaa'
The First thing that any one would notice about her is her protruding eyes.Oh my god!!They are really too big to be left unnoticed.Scary at the first sight.Thus the name 'kannatha'.I would say thats the feature which really makes her look attractive.The way she drolls around her eye balls,may be because of her dancing skills.

2.Anitha a.k.a 'Rinku'

This girl is a very friendly person by nature.I have no clue of why she has got in the name Rinku.Just that people at her place address her so..chellamaa...

3.Baby Rani a.k.a BABY(kuwaa....kuwaa..)

Baby Rani she is very very childish by nature,just as her name suggests.Gets too sensitive about issues.'Baby' thats how she is addressed as....abbreviated version.

4.Balaguru .a.k.a. 'Baru'

Balaguru one of the back bench boys very silent but does all kedi work possible(excuse me for that).Baru thats his name christened by our class makkal.Its a combination of his name and some girls name.Most of you reading it would be knowing about it.

5.Charulathaa.k.a Charu a.k.a Sincere Sigaamani

This girl is very sincere when it comes to passing of questions through groups or any assignments for that matter take it any thing related to lab and exams she would be the one every one approaches.Charu Is just how all of us address her.I think the ppl who really dont know about what i was talking about in the previous person s write up would have got the point!!!!

6.Divya a.k.a Anni

The 'Anni' addressing given to her dates back to the first year of our college.Most of us know about the top secret.All the Best Divya!!!She has been focussed only on that particular person right from the first year.Good going Girlie..

7.Gayathri Sowpackiam a.k.a. Sow a.k.a 'Aih'

Sow thats how everyone generally addresses her.You know how difficult it is to call her by this big name.The 'AIH' name came off the way she pronounces the letter 'H'.Its sounds so peculiar and funny.

8.Gayathri.V a.k.a Rani mangaatha a.k.a Sound party

Gayathri thats how people generally address her but she has some strong names like' Rani Mangaatha 'which is because of the way she talks to people and her tone would be so stubborn.'Sound party ' this is because she has this very very alarming voice and especially in order to stop any lecturer in the class from teaching she would be the first to open her mouth and draw their attention.

9.Geetha Ranjani a. k.a Silent Killera.k.a geethu

Geethu just a short form of her .She is one very calm person in the class.Seldom opens her mouth.Anything she does it shoots out like a Terror,thats why the name Silent Killer.

10.Guhan a.k.a 'The athelete'

Guhan appears to be a very silent person but class la major a terror kalaparthe avanthaan.He is the Athelete of our dept and has won several accoledes to his credit both in the college level as well as inter college level.

11.Jayalakshmi a. k.a jaya a.k.a jai

Thats me.Nothing much to say. Just the short form of my name @jai.

12.Kalpana a.k.a Sadai

Kalpana a very jovial person by nature.The name sadai has lot of hidden meanings inside it.People you can easily guess !!She has very strong attachment towards one particular person(?????).

13.Mahesh a.k.a Kuzhandhai

Mahesh is one very mischievous person in the class.He looks to be very innocent but an absolute example for looks are deceptive .Kuzhanthai dates back to the first year of our college when he was named by few of the guys assuming him to be a very nice innocent fellow .This name carries no more any kind of significance.

14.Medin Bringle a.k.a Anna

Medin is one very silent person in the class. I still remember the day when one of our staff members called out His name as 'Medin Brinjal' during the roll call.My Goodness! so hilarious.All of us had a very good laugh.

15.Narein a.k.a Bhims

Narein a very intellectual person and now his latest achievement being the fantabulous score of 1480/1600 that he has achieved in the GRE exams.Bhims thats the name given to him my every one unanimously for the physical built.He reminds me of 'Big B'.

16.Nithya a.k.a Nithi a.k.a Ashok Pillar

Nithya the tallest among the girls in the dept.Very studious.Nithi is how all of us address her.The name Ashok Pillar has in some hidden secrets which is not to be disclosed.Any ways good luck girl!!

17.Praveen A.k.a Gaja

Praveen a very enthusiastic person,you can seldom find him in a state of inertness.He was nick named 'gaja' because of his built.Gaja Means Elephant(Excuse me!!!),thus the name.

18.Priyadarshini.A a.k.a Kallis a.k.a If******Else*******

Priya thats how she is called by people.Very childish by nature.This can get on to the nerves of people at times.She is a die hard Kallis fan and would do anything for him especially the team South Africa.There have been instances in the class when she ha sponced on people who are against the team or spoken any thing ill about them and she even shed s her precious tears for the team.ummmm....The latest one being If *******Else******(sorry i have been asked not to disclose about it strictly ).Any ways people present in the class would be knowing about it.They are the referees for the people who are unaware!

19.Raghavendran a.k.a Guru

The Man..thats how all the girls in the class address him.Everyone has a soft corner for this guy.Very sophisticated and an absolute gentleman. Guru thats the nick name given to him my the guys of our dept .He is the guru for all our flash presentation s and photoshop work in the dept.Kudos !!!

20.Sadhana .s.balaji a.k.a sandy a.k.a Badhana(latest)

Sadhana,like her name states she is a very silent girl.But once she starts on believe me its really tough.Sandy is the nickie given to her by the Gals of the dept.Badhana you can refer to vijay s blog for the post on nick names would definitely get the clue of what am i scribbling about..!
